V60 front fog lights

Evening guys
Not sure if this is in right place or not?

Anyways been looking at v60 something that can fit us all and dog and be ok to tow my small warrior 16ft fishing boat as well,out of all ones this side of pond not one listed seems to have fog lights??is this right even some r design one?some seem to have day light running lights just above where fogs are some just blank panels I’m guessing this is just model pre and facelift ?

Are the fog lights in the same housing as the cornering lights as my XC90.

I've very rarely ever felt front fogs where an aid to driving, certainly I don't miss them in cars without them.

Rear fogs on the other hand are a great idea!

Front Foglights seems to vary on UK spec cars..

MY19 - No front foglight on Momentum, but they have them on R-Design & Inscription. But all the Pro models have cornering foglights.

For MY20 Momentum Plus does not have them, all other models do have them.

Newer models - none on core, but Plus & Ultimate have the foglights.

Plug in Hybrids don't have them at all!

Situation might be different again in Ireland!

My 2019 V60 Inscription had fog lights, my 2023 V60 Core doesn't have them.

They are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard - I don't miss them.

All they did was cause extra glare in fog.

As an addition to this, is it possible to retrofit the Volvo fog lights to a V60 which doesn't have them?

I have them on my current V60, but just considering a V60CC which doesn't have them. I like the cornering function, if nothing else, so wonder if I would miss this.

Made on a Friday afternoon from bits of ticky-tacky. Before: 2019 V60 D4 Inscription Manual ran to 105k miles. 2015 V70 D3 5 Cyl ran to 93k. 2010 V50 1.6D DrivE ran to 87k, bit fragile.
