Default C70 Load assist fault

Hi

Didn't think I'd be posting looking for help only 3 hours after picking up the C70 but here goes!

Got the car (2008 C70 2.4i SE) home from the dealers today. Dropped the top, went to try the load assist function, nothing happened (yellow button is illuminated). Then found a fault warning on the display saying "Roof failure Service required". It then took a bit of faffing about turning ignition on and off again etc before the roof came back up again.

Went out an hour later, fault code clear, roof working fine, tried load assist, nothing doing, and fault message back with a temperamental roof. Went out for a spin an hour later with the wife, left the load assist alone, top working fine no fault warnings.

So.... looks like the fault with the load assist button is creating the roof failure warning and causing the problems with it opening and shutting. Obviously I'll just take it back to the dealers tomorrow (an hour there an hour back) but I was wondering if anyone here had experience of a similar problem?

Apart from that, nice car and I'll upload some pics and a better review once I've had a chance.
