Checked all fuses and relays. Wipers still won't work
Hi. Just acquired a 2006 XC90. I just replaced the wiper motor and control lever. All the fuses look good. Tried a new relay in the box under the hood. I can't get the front wipers to work. The rear wiper and the sprayer on the front work. I'm stumped. I checked the fuse box under the kick plate under the steering wheel as well. Any ideas?

IF all the parts you say you've checked/replaced so far are good (relevant fuses, relays and the wiper motor itself), then the problem can really only be in either the loom and/or its connections, or in the CEM.
You really need to take a copy of the wiring diagram and a multimeter and checkout the appearance of the expected voltages and continuity at the relevant points (connector pins). I'd be checking grounding in particular.

Did you verify the stalk is working ok?
My indicators stopped a couple of years ago, I went down a rabbit hole of checks before realising all it needed was the contacts in the stalk having a good clean, I expect the wipers will suffer the same. |

Switch in the stalk is the next place to look.
Id also be having a meter on the motor terminals to see if it is receiving 12v and not faulty (its possible a replacement can do DOA). Id you have access to Vida, that will point you in the direction for fault finding and can tell you if the switch is working. |
