Couldn't quite make out the colour in the sunshine, silver I think, Estate going with some urgency on the A390 out of Lostwithiel towards Liskeard this afternoon. Cheery wave from driver.

A few days ago I pased a red 240 estate while on the A40 near Haverfordwest.
A few hours later I passed it again at the same point, travelling in opposite directions.
Mine's red too, but had a dinghy on the roof rack on the return trip.

We waved, unlike the miserable driver of a dullish blue estate I have often seen on the A487 Cardigan coast road

Beige 245 (?) just turning east off the A1 southbound just north of Morpeth, as I was heading north in my V40.

Bamboo/cane sofa on the top, and probably the rest of the three piece suite in the back. It was a very 80s scene.

Didn't get a close look but looked in quite good condition.

July 31st 2016

There were two polar white Volvo 240 estates at the Bimble Festival near Lewes, East Sussex last weekend. One of them was mine, the other was a D-reg - it looked pretty good, rear wheel arches under some sort of repair, but apart from that was loaded up with stuff and still doing its job. I didn't meet the owner.

This GLT today at Leclerc hyper market at Redon today. Didn't see the owner and it was gone when I came out. But did see it again, later trundling along in the town. Didn't wave as I was in the ph2 V70 today.

I was just approaching a junction onto the A390 in Lostwithiel and caught a glimpse of a blue saloon travelling eastwards. Unusual to see 200s at all but saloons seem really rare.

Another one today, it must be the season for them! Dark coloured, GLT maybe, going towards Bodmin on the B3266. Foreign registration, cheerful wave from passenger.

A really tidy "H" plate 245GL in silver, with aftermarket(?) alloys heading out of Upper Northgate Street at 17:20.

The only defect that I could see was that part of the tailgate seal was making a break for freedom.

It wasn't the one I saw previously with the tilting glass sunroof, so that means there are at least two of the cars roaming in the Chester area.

Recently saw a classically-tattered looking red (I think) Torslanda on the corner near the Tongue Hotel in the Highlands at the weekend. I was driving a Hyundia i10 hire care so must've looked like a right weirdo pointing and looking excited as I drove past....twice!
