Dealer labourer charge about 130/hrs. Independent bit cheaper but knowledge very weak. So if you don't know nothing about cars ,will be very expensive maintenance. Otherwise very solid car, comfortable ,quiet, newer stop in the middle of the street.

I have this mileage, here's my resume

Control arm -most surely
Steering pump - small leaks at the pulley, not worrying
Wheel bearing- all four are still in excellent condition
Shocks absorbers front or rear - for sure
Top front shocks mount - plus strut bearing
Alternator - mostly the pulley bearing. Same for the a/c compressor pulley
Top engine mount and gearbox mount - yes
Thermostat - yes
Autobox (worst than audi tiptronic),very expensive to repair - hard shifts 2-3 because of clogged solenoid
Diesel- injectors
Clutch (flywheel) over 1200GBP
Rear calipers
Alarm siren(battery) - dead since a while
Matrix (under the dash) leak - did not had this issue

I will add - cabin blower motor, several water leaks under the front footwell (carpet above keeps dry), 2002-2003 dead DIM, good chance for clogged PCV, broken sunroof shade, steering coupler seized, a/c temp sensor, broken door handle (new door card), handbrake cables, cracked brake flexibles.
