V60 D6 PHEV Charging Issue - constant green

Hi there...

I have slight issue with charging. Charging from plug following instructions, but when car is connected with cable it goes from white directly to still green, which in real life mean fully charged battery which is obviously not. I managed to charge car once since purchase and followed steps same way before or after. I purchased the car recently and still waiting for VolvoOnCall to be activated due to changes in ownership, so cannot try VOC charge on timer. Any ideas? Thanks a lot. Pav

Just had a look on the user guide online and came up with the below:

The car symbol (5) illuminates with a constant green glow.

Standby
•The charging cable is connected to the car.
• Charging is possible but has not yet been activated by the electronics in the car.

Wait until the battery is fully charged.

Car symbol with constant green in this case means green light on ''charging cable control unit''. My issue is constant green light on car socket which indicates:

White constant - LED light
Yellow constant - Waiting mode - waiting for charging to start.
Green flashing - Charging in progress.
Green constant - Charging complete.
Blue (flashing or constant) - Timer switched on.
Red (flashing, constant) - A fault has arisen.

I have booked car to dealership in Maidstone now for full software update as they have to also activate Volvo On Call, so hopefully update will sort it out as apparently there was no such an issue with it. Thank you anyway.
