This is truely a lovely example of a top spec 80's saloon, The Volvo 240 GLT comes with full black heated leather, electric windows, mirrors, central locking, PAS and a high level brake light.
This Volvo was brought new as a run about for the wife to get to work and she averaged less than 3000 miles a year, it's been treated to Volvo servicing throughout its life and has all the original paperwork and books , 3x sets of keys, it's never had a tow bar fitted, the standard radio and speakers still sound grate even the under bonnet and boot light still work.
I've used this Volvo for the last 5 months as a daily driver and it's been a total pleasure and makes me smile every day I drive it. It returns a healthy 30mpg average and the ride is purely luxury.
It does have a few faults,
The body is very clean all round and has no rust anywhere but has the odd imperfection here and there to the paintwork as you would expect from a car of this age. There is a scratch on the drivers door that has been touched in but is still noticeable.
