Default 'Technical Driver' magazine articles

If anyone is interested in submitting articles to the Technical Driver, what format should they be submitted in? Straight email, word attachment?
What about photos (format jpg?, what resolution?).

I was just wondering as there are so many viruses out there masquerading as word documents etc.

Is there a FAQ for submitting articles?

I couldn't see it in the magazine, and, as others may be wondering the same thing, I thought I'd ask generally. Other contributors may also have good ideas on formatting etc.

Jack will happily take an ordinary word-file or even the text pasted into an email.

I have had a couple of articles published over the years, and have always used a word atachment. For short answers to queries, or other comments, the email alone seems to be fine.
Interestingly, I have only a few days ago emailed Jack making the suggestion that there could profitably be more interchange between the magazine and this forum. I suggested a regular column "From the Forum" featuring summaries of some of the more interesting or informative threads.

That would be quite a good idea, and I wondered why the Registered Keepers or whatever they are called didn't use the forums at times as a quick filler item.
