The plan was for a visit to the meet combined with a trip to the Volvo Museum and the Volvo Shop that sells off all the parts from the factory test cars.

Given that Le Mans clashes with the BKV, how about we have a mass Exodus to Sweden next summer?
An excellent plan. The more the merrier for this.

Wow!! you boy's been busy scince i was gone, seems to be a lot of red tape though.

I would be up for the trip to monte carlo and or the the trip to Sweden that sounds awsome but Me and my par have a bit of a tradition of going to the national BKV and for personal reason's I would not wanna comit my self to missing it at this stage.

I think everyone hooking up and travelling to the destination is a bit of a must though. For my sin's I have done similar cruise's at VW festivals and they are wicked. the feeling you get from travelling in big groups of similar viehcles is top. An this was surposed to be the idea as I understood it?

I Think it would be cool for any one who is interested to come regardless of direction of drive!

To address the point that we have some what watered down the original idea why don't we also organise a 200 series meet where by any one with any car may come but it will be 200 series cars in the line up?

HI,

I am starting to get that itch that says I should go to this.

Wouldn't mind a weekend of Le Mans 24 hour...

Well I'll pass on the Le Mans thing as I'd rather go to the BKV that weekend.

However a trip to Sweden in early August sounds good!

Time to get polishing the air inside the tyres!

Having said that, it's nothing compared to the concourse show in Thailand that Will (over on business) was telling us about on Saturday....they use a micrometer to detect bodywork repairs to panels...

cheers

James
