Good evening to all,Checked out the Crank shaft Motion Sensor with the able help of Chris_Rogers and it appears to be ok.Just waiting for the Imobiliser Antenna ring to turn up then i will look at the isolator ECU while i have the interior pannel off the footwell,if those dont work its beyond me and the car is then off to an Auto electrician. Will post result.

Chris,I honestly cant see the timing belt slipping,i only drove it backwards into my drive,i never rev it and turn it off (thats bad news),the cam belt has only been renewed 20,000 miles, the week before i was whapping down the M4 in it i would of thought it would have slipped then, even if it had slipped say a notch or two i would still get a spark of some sort woulden't i? if it had slipped much more it would have done the valves and i would of heard that. Will certainly look at it though before i call in the meggabucks auto Electrickery man.thanks for the thought, all help and comments are much appreciated.
grass hopper,So do i mate,i just hope that in changing old for old parts i haven't got hold of a duff coil or Cam Position Sensor. If it comes to getting in a pro Auto Electrician i will tell him what i have done, he can then check em out.thanks to all.

Looked at Belt and Cam timing,Perfect, lining up with all six marks, the last person who had changed the cam belt had marked it all in tipex, still fresh looking,no probs there then.

Is anyone else following this like a soap opera waiting for the final plot?
