The listed part #'s in vida change in 2000.

Switches are part of climate unit, and dual temperature, there is a little control box under both seats, that I can only assume is for heated seats on the P2's as mine are manual and heated, but not sure if there is software as well like the S60/V70 etc, as you can set what temperatures you want, and need to tell ecu car has heated seats, I've sold my climate unit, and seats are destined for seating in kids playhouse, you would also need climate unit to match yours - eg, if you have hot/cold rather than temperature selector and DSA or not

Control units have lots of wires, compared to say a V70 P1 seat, so may be dual elements for the 2 heat settings

Make sure you get some new spigot rings ready to. the wheels should be 73mm ID..
