I am now more hopeful. The dealer did say whilst they can't guarantee anything, Volvo tends to be quite conservative in their estimated delivery dates so that they can deliver early rather than later than expectation.

Default 3 years Servicing deal is no longer?

Now that many of us are having the car delayed through no fault of our own, can we still expect to get the FOC servicing deal? I notice that it has gone from the promotions for all new Volvos, even those that were a small cost i.e. XC90

I have it written on my order so I will be expecting it, but I'd be interested in your thoughts?

Yes, it forms part of the order. I've just completed my order and the dealer tells me 3 year free servicing is included because it was submitted by June 1st.

Just come off the phone from my dealer who has added another month to my delivery date. for XC60 R-Design, SE, blue tooth.
Dep paid : 22nd Feb
MY10 promised late April then "unable to supply"
MY11 promised June 17th
now promised July 16th.

The have agreed to honour their original Ts & Cs including Px value of my XC70 (which is getting older and more miley), 3yrs service deal and price of new car. I expect nothing less and will walk away if any of these change for the worse.

Getting really fed up though with a son's wedding on the 19th June, I thought I would be able to chauffer guests etc on the day in the new car. I will have to invest in another smelly air freshener insted !
Just want to drive.

I queried this too and dealer said not to worry, as it's on my order form Volvo will honor it. I was told September delivery.

Doesn't the time drag. Shame because I always want summer to last for ever.

When was your car built Staxigoe?

Our car had allocated production week as being last week but apparently the system's still showing that it's not been built yet....

Can't help you there, original order date was 15th Feb for a 2010 model, then told in mid March that there was no build slots left and would 2011 model be okay, first deliveries of new model due early June, looks to be correct so far.
