I've just been offered a pair of Discs, Calipers and carriers and pads all for £400. Does that sound like a good price to you guys?

That sounds expensive to me. I paid £200 for that lot.

Time to push on with my brake conversion. I am going to place an order with FRF Volvo to get the rest of the bits i need.

So far the list of bits i need are:
Brake pads
The clip that holds the pads in

What else do i need?
Caliper bolts ?
Disc bolts ?

Default Hi Rusty

I have just managed to pick up some calipers off the bay with carriers for £125 off a 2010 ST

On my list are, Discs, Pads, spring clips, caliper bolts, and some goodridge line. I have an account with Goodridge, and will be trying some lines next week when the calipers arrive, I should be able to offer some lines at reduced rates that will fit front and back correctly

It might be worth checking with Ford dealers if some parts are cheaper from them, as its essentially the same stuff.......

That sounds good. I'd be interested in some lines to fit all round.

What are these spring clips your on about? I think I got mine with the calipers? Do you know what they look like?

Also does anyone know if the bolts holding the OEM brakes on the car will fit the new ST brakes or do you need new bolts to bolt them to the car?

Default Parts

As far as I know the bolts are different, I have the ford number, could really do with a parts page of both setups and see what is different. I think the calipers I am getting have clips, but not expensive to replace. I'd rather have it all ready before I attack the job. Should have first line set through next week
