Mine is a '91 2.3 16v GLE, not in quite as good condition as yours but still very good for her age. (the odd stone chip and small rust patch on n/s/r arch but nothing major)

Only difference since the pics is that i have removed the red strip from the rear bumper as i think it looks better without it.
Just had a full service too.
Also, no mods done yet, still all original.

I am just staggered it has not sold 6 months on. Where are the volvo fans in NI? When I was looking for a 940 estate about 12 months ago I went looking at a 96 for around 895 pounds advertised as FVSH and 1 owner and immaculate etc and it was an absolute dog. Ripped leather, filthy inside and filthy engine bay, HG issues etc. It at most was a parts car. Your car, If I was looking I would of come and bought it, I think it's well worth the BIN price and looks a good example of what a 940 should be. Good luck with the sale and I am glad you have set a reserve. James

Thanks James, kind of shocked myself, but I think its bad timing on my part, with xmas ect. I think the 2.3 Turbo bit is scaring alot of people away too. Don't get me wrong, it breaks my heart running it, but its no harder to run than any othe rpetrol Volvo I have / had. The reserve is set at £800, its costing £50 in ebay fee's, any less than that and the car is costing me money. And thats just actual money spent on the car, thats not allowing me anything for my time. The car really needed too much to be left right, and I think it will be the last Volvo I will buy to sell on again
