Get a quote at http://www.frfvolvo.co.uk/ and they'll get back to you. The parts are brand new, but prices are reduced 15% for forum members.

I wanted to use cash someone sent me for the old bumper, so I went to my dealers after all, the central lower grille and the two fog surrounds came to £49. FRF price, including £4 delivery, was £46 for the same 3 parts.

I've now got all I need for the front end. The fogs I've now found could have done with being mounted slightly lower, I may have a go at re-fitting them. But the covers do fit over them, which is a relief!!

The central grille however looks like it needs to be fitted before the bumper is fitted!!!! Don't forget to do that!
I'm at work now, but in my lunch break I'll have a fiddle, see if I can get it fitted!!

I've now sold all my '04 front end parts! I wanted them sold quick, so I listed them on ebay and went a bit cheaper than anyone else to make sure mine got sold. So sure, I could have got more for them, but I'm happy with the £140 I've made after shipping!

Here's the total spend (including postage):
Front bumper £43
Grill £55
Splitter £65
LH headlight £40
RH headlight £Free (Thanks Jason! )
Lower Grilles/ fog surrounds £49

FRONT END TOTAL: £252
(plus a bit of paint)

Sold my old parts (£Profit after shipping):
Bumper £35
Grille £15
Lower Grille £10
2x headlights £30 each
2x Lower Fog Surrounds £20

OLD PARTS PROFIT: £140

Front end Facelift true cost : £112

Rear bumper cost me £48, with splitter, black already, but repairs needed
Rear lights £NEED

Who would have thought a project like this would be such an inexpensive hobby?!!

Painting is my Achilles Heal in terms of cost.
I'm considering whether to cut some corners and wrap some of the body parts in Dark Blue Carbon wrap. My V50 is Barents Blue and the Dark Blue wrap may be a sufficient match!
R-Design side skirts, rear roof Spoiler and perhaps the front and rear bumper splitters.

I'm looking for the larger door mirrors now as the R-Design covers will need them (as you said before). I'm not too keen or just painting the existing one....It's a price thing and I have time on my hands to find the right parts cheaply.

Oh yeah, I forgot I'm gonna need a spoiler too!!

I guess I was flukey to find everything the right colour for my car! Worth keeping an eye out for new bumper already the right colour, would save cash in the long run

Default Irmscher Roof Spolier / Volvo V50

Hi Ben,
take a look at this item.
http://cgi.ebay.de/DACHSPOILER-SPOIL...#ht_1749wt_911
I have a spoiler just like it which I picked up from Irmscher in Germany.
It's new and in primer and comes with a fitting kit (glue etc).
I've since sourced a sport version which has partially been painted and will go on soon.
I'll try and get a picture to you soon.
Let me know if you are interested (sorry, not free this time).
Rgds
Jason.

Great, Thanks. Is this one just like the 'real' one?
Are you screwing through the bootlid to fit it?

I'm pretty sure it looks like the real thing.
Has two bolts either side and you would need to drill the tail-gate to fit.
I'll be using glue too, just to make sure it'll stay put.
There are raised letters of V50 and the manufacturer underneath on the centre section.
I'll send you some pics if you want?

Yeah, put some pics up when you can, £60 delivered seems a very good price if it does indeed look OEM. I wouldn't want to cheapen the car. In the pic it looks the same as the OEM one
