In Tilbury ASDA car park this afternoon parked near MacD. K reg white SE estate. Tired but obviously in full proper 240 use ... with mainly gardening equipment and such like except on the driver's seat. Driver must have been out of sight of the car or not looking because I took a few looks at the car but nobody came to ask me why, and I couldn't find the driver in MacD.
Note to self: perhaps I should carry a pencil and notepad ... or a camera 'phone thingy ... . |

Good to see you, and another Tors in use, they seem to be a bit of a rarity nowadays. Might pass on the road some time, I go westwards quite often.

Heading out of Sealand Retail Park last week was a K-prefix 240 estate with a 940-style glass sunroof tilted open.
Anyone know whose it is, or how come it had such a piece of kit fitted? Allegedly no estates had anything other than a small tilting glass roof but this was the full-blown deal.

I had a late estate once with a full factory glass roof (not the pop up accessory type).
A K or even L reg (it was ages ago) They did exist, though why anyone needs a hole in the roof is always beyond me. Good to hear that 200s are out and about still. |

It's good to know I wasn't hallucinating.

A silver Torslanda drove past me just as I was getting out of the car in the main local car park. Don't know if the driver realised, just disappeared and parked somewhere else.

A very shiny 'H' reg. blue 240 estate driving along Station Road towards the Bodinnick Ferry. I was walking so if I'd waved they might have wondered what I was up to!

There was a tidy, F-reg 245GLT parked by the FD-Register area on the Sunday afternoon (17/7/16).
