Mine came from a V60 R Design - but it's a direct fit. The strut tower cover doesn't fit though, so I had to customise the existing one. The part number is:
Genuine Volvo - 31323214 - 140061
Just found this on Ebay.co.uk: "Volvo V60 Polestar Performance Strut Bar Kit Genuine Volvo Polestar" - That looks to be a genuine Volvo one rather than Polestar - is brand new, but seems to lack the R Design logo, but comes with the strut tower covers.
IPD sell them in the US for $314.95, but I got mine from an Ebay scrapper for about £60 I seem to remember. There were a couple on Ebay.com going for $60 plus delivery a few weeks ago.
It has a nice R Design logo in the middle. looks good and works well too! Much less shake on bumpy roads (and we have a lot of those!)

Here's a link to my Google Drive with pictures of the V60 R Design strut brace installed on my 2011 V70:

Just to say that my XC70 corners extremely well. In fact there is a bend on the A31 New Forest Road which when there is no traffic could be taken at speeds in excess of 70 mph and it was the benchmark for the suspension work I carried out on my previous 406 V6 Coupes. When I got the XC70 I threw it into that bend to see if the handling was going to be a problem and it stuck to the road like glue without any roll at benchmark +. I have 4C rear suspension set at the hardest setting and the handling is as good as I'm ever going to need on a model that is set higher off the road than a standard V70. I suspect those owners that have handling problems with the V70 have failing shock absorbers. Sadly the "bounce" test does not actually tell you anything about the true state of the shocks!

Good info SIMBOC - thank you - I've asked the seller to measure the bar between the mounting points just as a check before I pay the £99 for it.

It's a great addition to my car, except... I had to have my windscreen replaced recently (after a Power Networks truck threw a lump of concrete at me...) and the Autoglass guy spent ages having to remove the bar before he could get to the bottom of the screen to replace it. i felt bad... :-))
