Can't remember, paperwork at home and I'm caravanning. From memory around £5.5k I think. I was going for the Caravan Club or IAM discount but dealer discount was slightly better.

As volvorocks says, it's a DVLA form that you get when you buy a registration and shows your entitlement to use it. In my case this is a new registration and will go on the car from day 1. Previously, I have had to take a registration off a car, re-apply the original reg. number, then apply for transfer to next car.

If the reg. is applied t a new car on first registration, then if you take it off that car, an appropriate random reg. is supplied by DVLA, i.e.. with correct year mark.

Wouldn't it be easier for dealer to register the case in your name then change the number? Or is that more expensive?

Well the due date from Volvo has come and gone with no news....

Not too surprised really with the due date a Saturday and with the BH it won't happen on Monday either......
