Yeah Amazon cars and Tinus Tuning were selling them. Don’t know of anyone who bought one though. Repco back in the day did a cross flow head but don’t think it was overhead cam.

I think you might be thinking of the B230 block that was a DOHC Penta (marine) engine as that was 2.5L? There might be other conversion heads for the B230 engine that i'm not aware of but i have to admit, that white 142S is very tempting - i'd have to convert it to auto though which would be a shame. I was trying to see if it had overdrive as many of them did
I’d buy it if I was looking. A RHD 142S is pretty unique and very cool.

Yes, a shed is important. If I had room, a saloon might tempt.

How’s the 940 btw?🧐

Hi Andrew,

Well that yellow 145 is rather interesting, and normally I’d have been after that.

Unfortunately circumstances with elderly mother mean I just need to get some new wheels pronto, my old 940 is too good, so can wait until I can either do engine swap, or rebuild the original.

Ideally I want another 940 and was just trawling online,

Tempting

Thoughts appreciated, not a million miles away.

Cheers
