I find there are some real dreamers on ebay.

When I bought the convertible the plastic OBD port cover was missing. It is a relatively insignificant bit of plastic under the central armrest, but my ocd required that it be replaced. Casually looked on ebay and found a used one for sale at £14 plus postage. Now, I will pay anything to secure rare parts to complete the car, but baulked at £14 for a bit of used plastic. When I was next in the local dealers I asked if the cover was still available. Yes, it is, came the reply - price £0.70 +vat. Needless to say the car now has a new cover.

For not a huge wad of cash, perhaps a realistic advert at last, I stand to be corrected of course😀. Oh it’s also sort of from the red part of the spectrum👍

Big miles, and a few corrosion issues on MOT history but for the money could be an honest daily smoker.

Either that or they have a Ford Pinto mated to a T5 or maybe a Rover V8 and Borg Warner ready to drop in for it's outing on the oval.

Fairly sure that's been on here before, seem to recall it was up for somewhere around £2-2500 but no mention of engine problems back then.

A clear case of ignoring an oil leak and now the engine is FUBARed.
A stitch in time and all that.
