I think the problem is that (at the risk of stating the obvious) it's a large car to accomodate, and fairly impractical as a daily driver (for most people). While a limo (especially a 4-door) would be a nice addition for a 7/900 series "collector", or someone looking to start a limo business (really needs to be a 4-door for that)...the market is pretty small...especially when it's in pieces!
If you finished it, it'd probably make good money on eBay. cheers James

I'd be up for that if you'd put me up and pay the boat fee

i like the idea of a meet, but the problem is the location.. a parking spacr ound the back of some flats isn't exactly the ideal is it lol if people were willing, i'd gladly take a boot to the head to get this project on the right track again, so COME ON FOLKS lol. as for those seeking accomadation, jim thought of this a long time ago.. the middle seat backs can fold out flat.. talking double bed width, you'd need to just tuck your legs in.. although there was no need for that on the original plan.. all i will say hwever is that it works, and its comfy if you so happen to lock your self out your house LOL (done it 3 times)
whats this? bloody boat fees? i better take that drivers side mirror off you for your cheek LOL Foggy: your quite right, its a niche market for something like this, but its still an ex government executive, 7 seater, still bullit proof (i think) still handles like torvil and dean and still goes like a tramp after chips! what more could you ask for of a 19 year old barge? i know what else puts people off, the PRV.. i still laugh at that.. but mind you this is the only one ive had long term experiane with and its obviously not the same as the regular PRV's so that maybe why this one has been so good. anyhoo, i shared a beer with it on new years eve.. well i had the beer, the car had a cocktail of petrolium substitue.. 3 turns of the engine and is purring like a kitten.. the burble of the engine on auto warm up begs me to give it a run out someplace, and come MOT time i'l give it just that (assuming its still mine) its just a shame.. the car has so much soul and personality, and its just sitting there, taking it all in its stride where as a different car would most likey of told you to get to **** and refused to budge or even not let you in if it was a ford.. lol
