  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

I bought the wheels like that off some fella cos the craters that were on it were very scabby to say the least.

Paint code was 247-13

I thought you had refurbished the ones you already had.

I did mine in the shed, but it took about three weeks or so, but luckily I was upgrading from Stellars (still in the garage, awaiting refurbishmrent!), so I could still use the car.

I was going to refurb the existing ones then saw them close up and they were really bad. Also some of the DOT codes on the tyres were somewhat questionable (one was 10 yrs old!). Happened upon the set I have now with nearly new tyres on eBay and got them for £130.

Sold the old ones to a man for a drift car for £50.

£130 is a BARGAIN, Rachel! Plus £50 for the old ones.

You might have got more for them on ebay, as they sometimes go for over £100, even in a scabby state.

Luckily for me, I got mine for free (well, £35 carriage, from Mikeyskona) and the paint and filler didn't cost too much more, but I did shell out about £380 for new tyres.
