At some point there needs to be acceptance that the assembly is twisting away from the screen. The blades are not the issue. There is enough rubber in them to follow the curve
It needs to be investigated under the trim to see what is moving.

If you pause this at 6:16 you can see the wiper mechanism 'torque steady bar' which needs lifting to increase pressure on the screen. I suspect that its rubber mount has been degraded with use (perhaps on a dry screen)

Yep,

The problem is it's a sellers market (with shortages), so all manufacturers are given buyers a middle finger

Having looked at the fixing for the wiper motor I can see an easy fix if anybody is interested? If you lift the cover to the Brake Fluid reservoir the mounting is visible but needing a bit more dismantling to fix.

You are right to continue the dialogue with Volvo. It shouldn't happen.

My comment, as a vehicle engineer, is the fix to uneven pressure on the blade. The double curvature of the screen gives more pressure at the base and less at the pillar. It's simple to increase the pressure with a 'penny washer' on the mounting. And, yes, you shouldn't have to do it.

But the Valeo wipers don't have the problem...

So it is a Volvo problem.....and they have washed their hands of it
