Performance air filter
Change wheels (not keen on standard ones)
Strut brace

That's prob it don`t want to go too mad, its hard to tell re body kit as its a black car, there's a rear spoiler not as big as yours i ll put pics up tomorrow
Good stuff! What do you think of it so far?

What kinda vibration is it? I had an unsolvable one on mine till I changed the rims... probably a balance thing though. If you can't figure it out get the garage to check the CV gaitors and driveshafts.

If you don't mind me asking ... who you get insured with? I've always found Chris Knott gave me the best quotes.

Really enjoying its so smooth and quiet, nott had the chance to give it a trash yet, the vibration is through the car more noticeable through the steering wheel i suspect the tracking or a wheel out of balance, the garage did quite a lot of suspension stuff for mot wishbones drop link, and a wheel bearing so think its prob a tracking/allignment issue. I'd been with swift cover for about 5 years then last year renewal was about 250 more so i shopped about and admiral was cheapest so will have to see what renewal is like

Here's some quick pics sorry they're not the best was hoping to get some good pictures at work but unfortunately by the time it got light the car park wasn't as empty as it was at 7:00am, will get some better pics up later in the week, thats the problem with 12 hours shifts if dark when I get in and dark when I get home

P.S. good job I'd went out to take the photos as I'd left the window open DOH!

Well gave it a bit of a thrash on the way to work impressed as its quick, doesn't feel as quick as the T4 probably as the turbo surge was more noticeable on the on that, the T5 surge is more constant and less noticeable but enjoying it so far..

Been on to garage they've arrange for it to be looked at on Wednesday in one of their franchises in glasgow to save me the drive back through to stirling, I suspect its the damaged wheel mentioned as an advisory as I'd imagine its hard to balance a damaged wheel, well fingers cross it'll be sorted on wed

Looks very nice and understated for the performance.
Hope you get the vibration sorted out easily. It does sound like a duff wheel.

Thanks I like the stealth looks its a bit sleeper, I'm 99% sure its a duff wheels its weither the garage will replace it or just manage to get it balanced, going to make sure they inspect the wheel properly and if its ****'d will be asking for it to be replaced... or at least a good will payment as its not fit for use/purpose

Default Is this normal??

Probably being a bit paranoid here, but My work colleague had a sit in the car and started it tonight, its the first time I've really heard the engine from the outside and it sounded a lumpy/harsh, but I haven't seen/heard any other S40 T5 so I'm just wondering is this how the engine should sound (its 71k full service history) its nice and quiet from inside the car and not problem with over heating etc

Other thing thats slighty worrying me is that I checked the oil today (ammitedly the cars only done a few short journey the last couple of days but I noticed a slight cloudy residue on the oil cap, do the T5's suffer from condensation if used on short journeys... not sure it I'm just being paranoid about buying a lemon or not also the T5 is doesn't feel as quick as the T4 I've just sold it feels quite a fair bit slower but on paper its faster than the T4 so I'm just hoping its not a dud where should I feel the turbo kicking in in the t4 it was from about 3000rpm upwards
