what details do you need ?

Just the year and registration number. You are more than welcome to come along, would be good to meet up.

I think it's just slow because of this deadline for entrants to be in, members are waiting till they know what they have planned, I think it's a bit premature TBH, but that down to the organisers. I may raise the issue with them, to see if next year they can give more time.

The event is open to the public from 11.00am until 4.00pm and to ensure the safety of pedestrians we would ask that all exhibitors are on site by 10.30 am Anyone turning up after this time will be denied entry to the event. All exhibitors are asked to stay on site until 4pm.

That's a very kind thought Si - as you may know, I did manage to drive to Sheffield the other day without too much trouble. Peter may want to check out Leeds/York Uni's so I'm getting closer!

Just to keep the thread up to date, everything is ticking along nicely. The new club Gazebo has been ordered and will be making it's debut at this event, along with the new banners and flags.

As usual I'll post again before the event, just to make sure everything is ok.

All the passes came this morning, so I be sending them out this week, as they have to be on display on arrival to the arena.

Event staff will direct you to the correct area. Although I will be on site pretty early so I will pm everyone my mobile number.

Remember to collect your free welcome pack when you call at the registration point.

You must be on site for before 10.30am otherwise you will be denied entry as the event opens to the public at 11am.
