Right I've just been on the motorway.
Driving at 2000 revs the readings were
MAP 101 kpa
MAF 41.1g/s
Driving at 3000 revs the readings were
MAP 101 kpa
MAF 46.8 g/s

As the car is in limp mode it won't go any faster....

Hope someone can help point me in the right direction
Dave

Your MAP appears to not be responding.

Set up a screen like this using the high/low gauges and get the best figures you can by driving it as hard as you can for 5 minutes once warmed up........ Legally of course.

I have no idea how to post pics on here so I will have to list the readouts. Just been for a 2 mile "legal" drive and this is what I got after setting the screen up properly....
MAF
min 0.4 g/s
max 85.1 g/s

MAP
min 13.8 psi
max 18.3 psi

REVS
min 0
max 3885

FUEL RAIL
min 30.5 psi
max 17498.8 psi

VACUUM/TURBO
min -1.9 hg
max 3.6 hg

I hope you can see something that means anything from that!

The meaningful thing what you can see is what you already know : Limpmode
Those figures concerning railpressure, airmass, turbopressure etc are noway near full load

Focus first on the faultcode that indicate that there is something wrong with the vnt operation
-Check if there is enough vacuum to operate it
-check if it even can be moved at all even if the vacuum is there
-Check if the electrical switch letting the vacuum pass is responding/working

Thanks 5cylinder I will do a further test this morning, as normally the car behaves a bit better when I'm going to work when starting off from cold. Hopefully then o will be able to show some true values of the sensors when it is out of Limp mode.

Ofcourse there will be normal figures when its out of limpmode but hows that gonna help you?
The malfunction will return thats your problem
Check the vacuum, solenoid and vnt mechanical linkage and proceed from there

Right so the vacuum solenoid works 100%, I've just gone out and removed the vac lines to check and it's working fine, the turbo solenoid will be removed and replaced later and the VNT/waste gate arm will be checked for free movement and I will report back. I must add that prior to fitting the turbo, the VNT arm was moving freely with no sticking or stiffness right down to the stop screw and the actuator was holding vacuum. I made sure I checked this thoroughly prior to fitting.

Check if there are no leaks in all the vacuumrouting not only the solenoid to the motormounts to make 100% sure
Concerning the vnt linkage the vanes in the turbo could also be sticking or have heavy movement
