You could buy a HP pump from a breakers for about £50.
They hardly ever go wrong so aren't in huge demand.

Just uncliped the fuel rail pressure sensor my live data showed 180000 when this was discomnected I then recliped it back on and my data showed 0 Kpa

The max I'm getting to day is 400 kps
What does mean

It means the sensor wiring is ok, that's all.
It tells you nothing about the condition of the sensor.
Either your low figure is because a defective sensor isn't reading a perfectly healthy pressure or the sensor is actually good and the reading is accurate and no rail pressure is being generated in the first place.
With everything connected up and ignition on, you can probe the sensor signal wire to see if you're getting 0.5V.

Yes that makes sense now if I diconect the rail sensor it's thinks his has full pressure and stops the pump any way

Took pump of. I noticed if I put my finger over the hight pressure port and turn it over the fuel is goin back throught the return ...if that makes sense is this were my pressure is goin are the internal seal in the pump witch could send pressure back to tank ?

Many thaks just goin to get a pump just waiting for the other car lol

Cheshired5 just a quick one

Changed my steering pump this morn new belt and tensioner after tanking of timing belt cover off I notice the cam had slight oil on the pulley

Dug the service book out its say it only had belt fitted buy a standard garage at 90k due to the fact of the slight oil residue and now the cars on 200k I'm looking to get a cam belt kit

I have watched the YouTube video where can I get a genuine kit from .(very useful video)

Many thanks
