I believe on the first page of VIDA it tells you if you have neutral control activated?
Is there another way to confirm that I have it enabled/disabled like live monitoring?

So if I hold the brake, the car clearly goes into neutral and you hear the engine load drop. If I apply the parking brake while in D, you hear the load on the engine increase as the engine/transmission is trying to push against the brakes. I don't have a delay when releasing the foot brake before it goes back into Drive (which is why they created the software update 🤷*♂️)
