Well, have you decided where to meet yet? The South Wales section used to meet at the TY-Risha Alehouse (excellent food and a Brains pub) just down from McArthur Glen (Sarn Park), junction 36 M4 (top of Bridgend). See if Colin (Niloc) from Newport will come.

That pub is only 40mins away from me depending on what traffic is like and if im on a good run

If coming West on M4 turn right off slip road then right at next roundabout. Go first exit (towards McArthur Glen rear entrance) then take first left over cattle grid and go down hill (past right turn which is no through) keeping row of cottages to your left at hill bottom (just where road goes left and before steps to bungalow) follow sign right into car park (take care negotiating entrance as is narrow over old bridge). Entrance to Ty-Risha is on uphill side.
