Electrical: My head lamps are pitiful = Head lamp bulbs recommendations

I cleaned the lenses and reflectors on my 850 a week or so ago which helped a bit, but still no huge improvement, so I later fitted some Osram Nightbreakers as they were a good price and have a good reputation... Strewth! Without doubt the best lamps I've had - totally transformed my 850. For £13 its a 5 star upgrade IMHO.

Every Volvo I have had the head lamps have been pityful , I think I`ll just leave them be and live with it now , after fitting the halford +90`s my lights are not longer yellow but looking very bright , just dont see any real improvment when driving the car

I get the feeling after reading many many posts from people with various Volvo models about poor dip beam that is just a Volvo issue in genral, no big deal I`ll live with for the time I own the car
