Does it have a working alarm siren ?

Need one for a 2001 XC70 this should be the same ? Volvo part number 9452709

Yes still have the wheels. They are all in good order. Rear tyres are budgets and have done less than 20 miles !! fronts are goodyears and are about 5mm
