I've done a search, and it seems that libraries subscribe to the service.
For example, here is Maryland library's AARC page: http://www.sailor.lib.md.us/cgi-bin/ebsco?DB=auto
Drexel University: https://login.ezproxy.library.drexel...e%3dautorefctr
Ohio Public Library: http://www.oplin.org/databases/proxy...efctr&return=y

It would seem that if you have a library card, you can log in via your local county library website. Where does your sis live?

Does anyone here represent an institution or business? I know how to apply for a free trial... (not instant access like this forum - they will contact you to confirm who you are first)
