This looks like a 'lovers tiff' to me.
Arguments like this are usually over money. I would take a bet that Stuart believes Pyaap owes him money. Not really the place to resolve the issue especially with the monkey in the middle! Roger |

Looks like you think you just did. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Now I understand.... The whole pantomime revolves arround the fact that SW sniff money, and want some of it.. SW are under the impression that there is a commercial deal going on, and that they are expected to perform part of it for no charge, causing some resentment. Hence the dragging of feet to try and de-rail the transaction. Am I speculating correctly? The thing is...... Both Tim and Ashok have stated in public that there is to be no exchange of monies. OK so a transaction is mentioned in the e-mail, and this is the basis of your disgruntlement. but as you well know, deals develop and change, just as circumstances change. It's an old e-mail and far precedes the current situation. Personally, beased on "form" I'm going to believe Ashok against SW. I have no reason whatsoever to doubt Ashok, and a massive reason to doubt SW. Both based on first hand personal experience. Or don't you believe that someone would just "give" half an engine away, are you having trouble getting your head around that?.... Well I've just "given" a perfectly working T5 engine to another member from this forum. It's quite a normal thing to do when you no longer have use for something that someone else needs. There's more to life than making money. I'll tell you something for free. Giving feels a hell of a lot better than taking. You should try it sometime, instead of putting a monetary value to everything you do. You'd be suprised what you get back from it.! Looks like you got back, all that you gave! This thread currently standing at about 15,000 views is hellishly bad publicity.

Can I ask the moderators of this forum why, given that Bobcat is a commercial poster for SW Autos and has been asked several questions - several times - about various matters, and has dodged and evaded almost all of them, why is he still allowed to keep posting? The rules of this forum are well-known and quite clear. He was given a deadline by which to answer Pyaaps questions in a clear and concise manner, failed to do so, and so should now be banned from this forum.
Can one of the mods please explain this? Paul |

15,000 views if pretty bad indeed. And I do hope some guests from the Skyline fraternity would be coming over to read them too. Just for some "clarification" though..! cheers Quote:
If you can't then you should not be allowed to do so and you should RETRACT it. Ever heard the term defamation? cheers

It's Oh So Amusing!
This thread is one of the funniest I have read for a long time.
What makes it SO amusing is the number of people "involved" and the quantity of posts they have generated that are based on supposition or guesswork. The issue is a private one, still under resolution, and it's sad to see it aired in public - particularly when it gives rise to the kind of speculation, inaccuracy and downright nonsense we've seen posted up here. I'll continue to use SW Autos myself, as I've had nothing but excellent service there. Your mileage may vary. Alastair
