I guess this is what you sign up for when you opt to be a commercial trader's spokesman...

I understand your position as I myself have been in the firing line when not directly my fault or responsibility, however what you can't do in that position is duck the questions.

If the engine is there, it would have been better to simply state 'yes it is there, however I am unable to provide the exact location as that responsibility lies with SW'

Easy in hindsight I guess....

Unfortunately now I believe the questions would continue as, with all due respect, you have rather led Ashok on a merry little dance up the garden path...

Bobcat. I have never once called you anything or been agressive in nature. I simply gave you my personal opinion regarding your comments on the forum and how I would have reacted should you have been an employee of mine. The engines location is of no interest to me. I hope it is found an returned to the person who owns it and that the generousity of that person (in using parts for another user) is finally fulfilled.

Your methods in dealing with the matter have been, IMHO, ill mannered and un professional. There are many people on here who will not use SW Autos because of this and you must realise that a simple answer as posted above, regarding the location but relinquishing personal responsibility, would have been the best option.

Time’s up Matt. The matter will now be referred on to the relevant authorities.

I think we should all step back and let Ashok persue this without further comment until such time as the enquiries are made.

Maybe lock the thread?

I would agree. I've been saddened by what I've read and really hope something positive can be salvaged from the situation, unlikely though it now seems. It would be a shame to see the thread spiral off topic in the absence of new input from Ashok or SW.
