Still not working 11:00 GMT.

I'll pester Volvo by phone later but: a) I'm one voice in the wilderness; and b) It's only Volvo whose customer service is risible in every other respect so I'm not expecting a great deal.

Update 12:32: Spoken, they've "raised a case" and will come back to me with the current status of any resolution.

Is this just an Apple car play issue as Spotify was working fine for me on Android Auto this morning.

Neither Apple Carplay nor Android Auto.

This is for the Sensus System in-built Spotify app.

To add to the data flow / knowledge base only: I believe Sensus is newer models only (ie Google based operating system)? In any event, issue affects my 2019 (pre-Google OS) in-built Spotify app too, neither Carplay nor Android Auto.

Ah ok, didn't even realise there was a Spotify app in sensus, always just used the AA one. Will take a look later.

No, Sensus pre-dates Google's AAOS.

Had an email reply following my voice call...
"I have just heard back from our technical team who have confirmed this is a known issue of which they are currently working on a resolution.

There is no ETA currently showing at this time."

I'll give them a little longer before employing the doomsday risk of deleting the Spotify app in the hope it can be downloaded again!
