A Date for your diaries.
I can confirm that the Southern BKV for 2010 is to be held at Sherborne Castle Dorset on Sunday 16th May 2010 Further details will be published in the club magazine and on the forum.
Volunteers will be sought for marshalling and judging so I anyone is able to help please contact John Smith/Nigel Ayling nearer the time.
Please note that the Southern BKV is being held in a beautiful setting within the grounds of the Castle
Entry will be permitted to VOC members on production of their membership card from 1000 hours onwards.
There is an entrance fee of £5.00 per person to enter the venue. This entitles entrance to the gardens. Entrance to the Castle is an additional £4.50. Members will be asked to pay on entry. The VOC will pay the entrance fee for full members only. Associate/Family members and guests will need to pay their own entrance.
