Smile No longer for sale

Hi guys I have decided to keep my car as I have now fixed the uneven running - just two perished pipes to the inlet manifold. Sometimes a car is just too good to let go I suppose. Cost me £850 in February 2010 and has cost a total of £80 since then. I will keep it, replace the wing and bumper and carry out a general refurb of any tired items. Just insured it again with Peter Best for £151 which isn't bad as the renewal with S*itcover.com was £600!
Thanks for your interest.

I've just received the formal quote from Peter Best Insurance Services - £106 fully comp! 3000 miles/annum 44 years old, one no-fault accident and an SP30. Not bad?

Smile Still for sale if anyone is interested...?

My 850 T5 is still for sale if anyone is interested? I have seen a lovely S70 which I'd like to buy for my girlfriend, so I'm bumping my car to try and release some funds. I want £650 ono for my car;
1. The idling problem is now resolved and the car runs perfectly.
2. Will probably require a FNS wheel bearing which has begun to rumble.
3. Has a crease in FOS wing and bumper but replacement parts supplied.
4. MoT expires August 2012. Tax expires June 2012.
5. Has a set of genuine roof bars to be fitted.
6. Rear upper lights opaque but excellent V70 ones supplied.
7. Rear tailgate spoiler supplied, needs fitting.
8. Service History is as follows:
3770 miles Lex Volvo Regents Park London
10151 miles Lex Volvo Regents Park London
19962 miles Lex Volvo Regents Park London
29263 miles Volvo Car Regents Park London
34470 miles Volvo Car Regents Park London
43262 miles H R Owen Regents Park London
54017 miles Holland Park Volvo Courtnell St London PLUS CAMBELT & TENSIONER
61121 miles Holland Park Volvo Courtnell St London
66576 miles Moduron Volvo, Bala
73973 miles Moduron Volvo, Bala
83958 miles Moduron Volvo, Bala
91107 miles MLG Cheshire PLUS CAMBELT AND TENSIONER
103370 miles MLG Cheshire
108968 miles MLG Cheshire

I appreciate this car needs a little TLC and one or two jobs that just equate to routine maintenance, but mechanically (engine and gearbox) this car has been maintained regardless of cost and has only covered just over 115k. Any questions please do ask. Cheers, Dave.

Default Mm....how shall I respond?

Ah well that's me, indecisive at the best of times. Some decisions are much, much easier; for example whether or not to drown a person at birth, thereby sparing the rest of humanity the mind-crushing tedium of suffering their pointless drivel.

You're quite right. I'm getting the bug I'm afraid! I have a number of different cars to sell, and can't make my mind up which to keep. Maybe I'll sell them all...

I shall treat that with the contempt it deserves.

Tis quite funny, he put his car up for sale saying it's " rare" which he was told by a senior member, justified, everyone else then starts to slate him, and in response to a few peoples pointless comments comes a brilliant come back which ends all come backs, outstanding so good.....lololol
