I'd better plan to give you a lift then Paul!
See you in Basingstoke Andy, Vera (the 220) might even get a polish for the occasion. |

I hope to be there with my 122S.
I have a slightly pranged front wing - is it OK to come along (I don't want to let the side down!). Tom |

I read tonight on the VOC site that there is to be a calvalcade to Gayton on the 2nd of Sptember at 11.00am. I am looking forward to this event. Who else is going and is to join the calvacade and does anyone have any info yet about any arrangements.
See you there.

I thought about trying to persuade my wife to drive down in her (shiney)130 and I could go down in my (far from shiney)122s but it's such an epic drive I think we would need to be in the same car to stay awake. And the petrol bill would be horrific.
Could always get cb's that would be comical, especially if we were having a domestic ! I'll most likely still be under the car cursing my burst knuckles on the day so hats of to all those that make it. |

A bit of confusion here I think. The 11.00am cavalcade is probably going around the Gaydon site - the event opens at 10.00am. Andy Rowlands has suggested a convoy from the Southbound M40 Warwick services, subject to sufficient interest. This convoy would be Amazons only so we could all drive into Gaydon together. Andy - is it on? If so what time should we arrive? I will be coming from the South but don't mind the extra 10 miles up to the Services, turning round at Junction 13 to come back to the services. Any other Southerners want to meet up at Cherwell Valley services to convoy up and down the M40? All we need to do is to set up the times.
