My 93 Torslanda, and now 92 GL, don't even have blanking plates. Retro fitting would require use of a tin opener.
Also repositioning a lot of electrical stuff, I think. |

It may be a thing that only applied to one particular factory assembling the 200 ?

the aperture and vents in the plastic are there on all cars, some have the flap and actuating arm fitted and some have the hole blanked off. You can retrofit the flap to any 240 except the late models with EFI - the ECU is mounted where the driver's side footwell vent would go.
