I'd weigh them in at local scrapyard mate theirs no way i would have that wheel repaired and drive my car with my kids in NOWAY.
Try and get a replacement or get rid that bead is shot, while their are firms that will repair cracks and buckled wheels im not comfortable with it but its your call.

Can't find any replacements online, apart from a new one which cost's £140. They are Rota wheels 17", will see how it goes.

I would rather pay the £140 whats a repair around £60+vat its a no brainer when the rim has took such a hit Zeb, at end of the day as i said your call just remember the car sits on 4 wheels and one will be seriously weakend even when buckles are sorted its never the same as you have stressed it pushing it back to shape.
Mind you powder coating around £200or less then a repair time you have done i would probably get somthing different, also have you considered having your original wheels recoloured??

I agree, but these wheels have been sat in the garage for a year catching dust, they've been on sale many times, for dirt cheap but no one bought them. This is why I thought i'd get them repaired instead and fit them on my S40. Otherwise I will pay £140 for 1 new Rota wheel.

I have been quoted £280 for refurb, and powder coated in gunmetal grey for my current 18' Volvo wheels.

There's a reason why nobody has bought the Rota's - they're fooked!

Don't spend money on repairing them, just weigh them in for scrap.

Get the Medusa's refurbed & put them on.

The other 3 wheels are absolutely fine, they are just kerbed. The 4th wheel need to be repaired, otherwise I will buy a new wheel from Rota.

What will be the best wheel spacers/adaptors to get? Eibach or H&R. TPi any good? 15MM or 20mm?

Just my opinion Zeb but I think the car will look better with the Medusas on. It's true they aren't great dynamically because they are very heavy but looks wise they are some of the best wheels you can put on a S40/V50.

I agree 100% with this.
IMO putting those Rota's on will be a down grade from the Medusa's.
