i have just checked the ppc codes and it lists 2 alternatives one for petrol and one for diesel.the diesel one lists the egr valve.if you click the sweedish

it doesnt actually tell me that its for a MSA15.8 , but it has diagnosed other errors and always turns the codes off as well as service light,
the swedish translation is much more descriptive even though i dont speak swedish

Well, thats todays work done.....take off EGR valve , clean and replace with new solinoid, ......and the Engine management light is still on after error codes read and re-set, any ideas folks ??

Hi Mike, yes, the same, that is after clearing, turning off then re-starting

Hi Mike, on my egr controller I have not 3 but 4 pipes Ihavnt a clue why
