From the road safety point of view, don't foget about the empty can just in front and if there are any boy racers or blind female drivers, it might be better to park further back from the edge of the road.

Oddly enough my V40 looked the same before the mods, extras and abuse.
It's only a 1.6, Bought for 120 quid. Am not doing any mods or anything haha. Leathers seats are a maybe cause I might be able to find a v40 in a scarpy with them. Cheap as chips.

Keeping the load cover closed will really help the rear speakers, if you don't have one your loosing bass at the rear.

Probably rear brakes (Discs or calipers), corroded brake lines (The phase ones were steel), broken rear springs and leaking shocks. Split boots are always popular.

Rear callipers are pretty new and not stuck, Discs seem okay. Checked for springs and they all seem good and shocks seem decent too.

Haven't checked the boots but haven't had any clicking, Might have a look at those later.

I have a knock front left of the car, do you think it will fail MOT? Am guessing it's the top mount.
