i find today a totally burned 30A heater fuse ,after replace all back to work til i start the engine .
now the fuse fine and the same situation like at the beginning what to do?

Just a thought; is there ANYTHING you've done to the car in the last few days, even if it doesn's seem to be related to what's happened now?

Have you had ANY other odd things happen recently, electrical or suchlike?

Might point in the right direction.

i just clean the the throttle body before its happen.

Apparently this code means the driver’s side damper motor shorted to earth or shorted to 12 volts, sounds like it might have blown if you had a blown fuse too. I'd double check all the wiring as well in case it is the reason for the fuse going.

this can cause whole ccm not work?
i find this motor (made by Mitsubishi) , opened him noting burned inside.

have you checked what darlo1 mentioned as this apparently can cause all sorts of problems
