Unfortunately buyers rarely care about new tyres, recent service etc, as spending money before selling the car ads very little value, if any value.

You probably be best removing the tyres, replacing them with part worn and then selling the tyres! The used car market is crap for buyers selling these cars but good luck and try posting this ad in the s40 section of the forum as not everyone reads the general forum.
