Yes thats for the pair FRF said it could be upto a month as they're a heritage part and have to be ordered from Sweden, but they arrived after 2 weeks. Quote discount code C3 for the price btw.

I replace them in pairs - sorry! Same goes for springs - I always replace an axle pair.

One more thing. Do the Nivomats from FRF include the springs too or are they purchased separately? If my current springs are ok, will they be good to use?

Thanks.

No, the Nivomats are just the damper units. Your springs should be ok IMHO

If you wanted to cut the bill a bit, you could re-use the upper mounts if they look ok. I bought a pair as Simon at FRF said that they (FRF) would always replace the mounts when replacing the Nivomats, and so I took his advice. But its an easy way to save £130

As the FAQ:

https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=263883

To do the lot, the list is endless. Top priority goes to ATF; PCV upgrade - as RT suggests; with a wary eye on the heater-core. Failure to keep those in check puts yours on top of the scrap-pile. Everything else can wait.
And Nivomats, not becuase those will be urgent, more because thye're getting ever rarer, and ever pricier. When no one was interested I got two sets for £300. Collected sets years back. I sold a heap off, and made a mint.

These days, as RT says, for one set - £800 looks cheap... I got my old springs plastic-coated.

And if it's a mile-muncher, add an aux trans cooler. This in addition to the stock internal-cooler. Then a KME Nevo for your gas-conversion.
