  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

It doesn't need to be "Volvo" fluid - just needs to meet that spec - JWS3309.

Dexon III or whatever, which are frequently used by garages as generic ATFs, are not correct for this gearbox. If he puts this in, walk away from the sale, as it will probably gum up your TC and solenoids, if they aren't already.

I would buy the fluid myself and if I can't do it will get a local garage I use to do it and supply the fluid. There is a garage what specialise in Volvo not far from me.

I dont think their is a drain plug.
Its pull a shaft out i think

There is a top up bolt hole, but no drain

er.. 5 bottles divided by 2 per hump= 3 with a hand to spare on final hump...
