Might be worth buying for spares, the interior might be worth putting into another car. Trouble is,,, it's probably full of water by now. There is no coolant in it either which pionts to problems, the head gasket might be gone!

Well, I am intrigued. I only live about half an hour away from M1 J24, so almost tempted to go and have a look to see it. Mind you, it is nearer to go to SALVO, so I could just walk around the yard there and look at the write offs instead!

i would snap it up if it were closer, the bits from my black 854 T5 doner vehicle would bring it back to life.

i would also consider it at £500..the volans are well worth a few quid, the coolant loss would not really bother me, as this could well be a number of reasons..
the shell is clearly battered but the interior does not look *too* bad....
as the guy says spares or repair.., repair possably not, but you are going to make a good profit breaking it at £500....
consider
rims
tyres
ecu's
turbo
engine
discs
calipers
exhaust
door panels
interior panels.....etc..etc
alternatively it cry's out as a project car...
cheers

Hmmm his feedback as a seller doesn't exactly fill you with confidence.

No withheld numbers to the mobile too, could be innocent, might be he never answers withheld number calls and doesn't answer calls from annoyed customers either?

At £500 for parts it had to be worth it not so sure at £800 when you take the hassle of stripping it into account. Mind you I'd have the Volans like a shot

Cheers,
John

Sadly I'm skint and have just had a set of F1's fitted to my 16" Comets, so it's the right wheels but the wrong time I'm afraid.

Cheers,
John
