Straight swap mate, just 3x bolts per headlamp, same connectors.

No, I only have the front one left now, the rear is a pain to swap over from the stock one just fiddly really, the front is still fiddly but simple enough providing you can get good access under the car because you have to drop the subframe, I had use of a pit when I fitted it. IPD's fitting instructions are available online in pdf there is also a good write up here:
