Just don't get a puncture on a dark and rainy night with your "old" tyres. They are 'van ones?

My rapide is basically the same layout (L shaped lounge at rear?) and only wieghts 1050 max. I tow it with an Audi A3 1.6 Petrol. Struggles on hills a bit, so fitting a towbar to my C70 2.4T auto which will hopefully pull it along nicely.

PS. used to live in South Shields. I bet it was Lizard lane campsite overlooking the sea? or the council run one with the beach on the other side of the road?
I took the van for two nights thur + fri, only 20 mile away,
volvo pulled fine, really pleased with it.
i hadnt replaced the water drain plug from when i last winterised it and cant find it , good job it was just me and the mrs and we were next to the tap
bought a new one today for £5.99 , i just know the old one will turn up now
also bought some awning pole screws as a couple were shot,

so overall it was a nice quiet break from the kids and a chance to check any problems and get back into the swing of it all.

so we still fall out putting the awning up and i can still reverse the van without a problem
