The more secure keys were provided at MY21 and later so you will have them. AFAIK Volvo haven't confirmed the length of time for which the key needs to be stationary and the key manufacturer states that the time period is configurable.I seem to recall reading somewhere that it is set to 30 minutes.

The sport key shares its innards with standard keys - essentially it's a standard key but without buttons so the functionality will apply to the sport key.

May be worth checking if it's available for the 2020 V60...

Not sure if this is just for V90, but the whole range?

I did some research on this in 2020 as my X5 was stolen whilst key was in a pouch. Volvo key manufacturer provided a manual which talks about movement sensor and going to sleep. Like others I tested by putting key near car and then leaving for over 30 minutes I could still open car. The key will have a part number on it ending MS mine does but still doesn’t seem to work. I contacted the key company and they said to contact Volvo. I contacted Volvo and they said they wouldn’t reveal any details for security purposes.

I’m not convinced it works on my car. I’m not convinced anyone will still my xc60. I keep the keep in a secure box.
